FAQ

What if my guests have food allergies?

 

Our platters are not completely free from gluten and are cross contaminated when on platters. Nuts can be removed from our platters but some products may contain traces.

It is important to advise us of any food intolerances and allergies.

 

How do I return hired items?

 

Our boards, knives, utensils and glassware are for the hire and use during your event. All items must be rinsed and packed in the provided boxes for collection.

 

What fruits are on my platter?

 

Fruits and some other produce are seasonal and subject to availability. If you have something particular you would like please advise us and will do our best to meet your requests.

When is my booking confirmed?

 

Bookings are not confirmed until a $50.00 non refundable deposit is paid.

 

What if my event is a for a special occasion?

 

Each platter and grazing is individually designed to suit your needs. Please let us know if you have a special occasion such a birthday of a theme. We will try our best to add this to your platter or grazing station.
